Why should I sell my items on Thursday ReBoots?
Thursday ReBoots is the only official marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned products from Thursday Boots. Our goal is to get you the best value for your item. Once your item is delivered, use your cash or store credit to buy a brand new pair at thursdayboots.com.
What can I sell?
You can sell most Thursday Boots products with the exception of accessories (ie. shoe care items, socks, and laces). Once your listing is approved, we will place it in the Reboots Collection for any customer to purchase.
Please note: Select items from our current and core collections may not be approved to be sold at this time. Feel free to reach out to reboots@thursdayboots.com with any questions about your listing.
How do I sell my pre-loved items?
Log in to your Thursday Boots account on Thursdayboots.com, or create a new account if you don’t have one.
Click "Sell Your Thursdays". Pick the item you want to sell from your purchase history, or search our product catalog, then follow the prompts.
Please note: remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item and its condition, since you will only receive payment once the buyer confirms the condition. We review all pre-loved submissions and have the right to approve or deny listings.
How should I price my items?
You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend one based on the item's original price and condition. We will then add a fixed amount of $12 to the listing price to cover shipping charges.
How is my item approved?
Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We review:
- Your pictures, to ensure they are accurate and high-quality
- Blemishes or quirks, to make sure products and their condition are accurately described
- The condition you selected, to make sure it accurately reflects your images
- The product itself, to make sure it is an authentic piece
My item has sold! How should I prepare it for shipment?
Please ensure your item is in its best quality. Make sure your item is clean of any dirt, debris, odors, or pet hair.
How is shipping handled?
Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email. We ask that you mail your package within 3 business days to speed up the time it takes to pay you out. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled automatically.
Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest US post office. You can also hand it to your mail person, or you can schedule a free USPS package pickup.
How will I be paid and what are the fees?
As a seller on Thursday Reboots, you have two choices for receiving your payout: store credit or cash.
If you choose store credit, you get 100% of the sale price of the item in a ThursdayBoots.com gift card (i.e., selling an item for $100 gives you $100 in Thursday Boots store credit).
If you choose cash, you will receive 82% of the sale price of the item (i.e., selling an item for $100 gives you $82 cash paid to you through Stripe). This fee helps cover credit card processing fees, customer service, listing reviews, partial shipping subsidies, and everything that goes into making Thursday Reboots run smoothly.
Please remember, the final sale price paid by the shopper includes a $12 shipping fee and applicable taxes, so your payout will be the sale price less the shipping fee and sales tax.
There are no upfront fees to list your item on Thursday Reboots.
When will I be paid?
When USPS notifies our system that the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate/accept the item. Once this happens, we will release your payment through store credit or cash. As the seller, you will only be paid for your item after it has been delivered and confirmed by the buyer.
